Cára Ann was born and raised in New York, where she immersed herself in the study of art for most of her life. A hopeless romantic, artist, and writer, her creativity is as an expression of love.

She paints and draws late into the night in her home studio, when the world is quiet and inspiration stirs. Through her work, she seeks to spark a sense of wonder and connection and to remind people that life is magical and full of possibility.

Working primarily in oil paint and colored pencil, she currently resides in Austin, Texas.
